Shipping policy

Shipping Times

All orders are shipped Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays.  Orders placed by 12:00pm PST on business days will ship that day, orders placed after this time have no guarantee of shipping the same day but will ship the next business day.  This includes expedited shipping methods.

Delivery Times

Morning Bird does not guarantee date of delivery on expedited shipping methods, only on shipment of the order.  Once it leaves our facility, we do not have control of the package.  If an order is late or lost, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.  However, once your order has been scanned by the carrier, it is in their possession and is now their responsibility, not Morning Bird's. 

Sustainable Packaging

You may notice your package contains a variety of packing materials, or perhaps multiple orders will use various materials.  We believe in keeping birds happy and healthy, which includes keeping their natural habitats happy and healthy.  One small way we reduce our footprint is to reuse packing material that we have in our facility.  We try to have as little waste as possible, reusing and recycling whenever we can.  We will always protect your items, it may simply look different each time.  As always, please let us know if there are any issues with the contents of your order when you receive it.
